Educational Programs

CFI Canada hosts a dynamic public education series at our locations across the country, with leading Canadian and international academics, scientists, authors, performers and artists. Our activities consist of our Voices of Reason lecture series and Café Inquiry, an interactive discussion led by a panel of experts. In addition, we host debates, fi lm screenings, book club meetings, informal forums, and social and cultural events. Topics range from politics and current affairs, to religion and ethics, to the paranormal and pseudoscience. On the lighter side we also host social meetups, fi eld trips, parties and receptions.

Each of our international Centres for Inquiry hosts regular conferences which have explored such exciting topics as Science and the Media, the Tools of Skepticism, and Secularism and Its Discontents. In addition, Centre for Inquiry Transnational hosts an annual World Congress at varying international locations and our annual CFI Leadership Conference at our international headquarters.
