Enjoy the article, especially the last portion. Not sure originally if they wanted to go public with the painting, the couple seems to have changed their mind:

If it were to be worth money, she said it "wouldn't be good if we
bypassed our own backyard.... Religious people could come from all
over to see it.

"They'd pay admission, stay overnight in Windsor hotels, use our
restaurants, stimulate Windsor's struggling economy."
