Although we freethinkers think we are a diverse group, one quick look around almost any humanist or skeptic group meeting will say otherwise—we’re predominantly white, older, highly educated, and male. What is the explaination? Is this a cause for concern? Should something be done, and if so, what? And how do we balance desire for diversity with fundamental equality?
This Cafe Inquiry will feature Debbie Goddard, campus organizer at the Center for Inquiry, Katie Kish, President of the Freethought Association of Canada, and Michael Payton, who researches ethical behavior and moral intuitions at York University.

$5 admission, $4 for students
