Centre for Inquiry Membership Information
Your membership - which is good for a full 12 months from the date of purchase - entitles you to tangible benefits like free admission to regular events, discounts to national and international conferences, invitations to members-only special activities and private receptions, deals on selected literature from Prometheus Books, and access to our national lending library. Even if you do not take advantage of these incentives, as a member of CFI, every media appearance in which we engage, speech we give or event we host, will be in part supported by you. All memberships at levels above Family are tax deductible to the full extent as provided by law.
In addition to purchasing your membership online, you can use one of the following methods:
- Memberships and donations can be purchased over the phone, with a credit card, by calling (416) 971-5676.
- Membership fees and forms, as well as donation fees, can be mailed, with check or money order, to the Centre for Inquiry, 2 College St., Suite 214, Toronto ON, M5G 1K3. They may be faxed to (416) 971-5676. If you would like to send by fax, please call this number by phone first to let us know.

All memberships above the Family level are provided with a charitable receipt for the total less $60. By Canadian law, the first $60 (for a Regular Member) or $80 (for a Family Member), which entitles the member to financial benefits of a membership, is not considered a charitable gift.
Please note that membership cards take about 4 weeks to arrive by mail. However, the benefits of membership, such as free access to regular events, may be enjoyed immediately simply by presenting your ID at the door.
