Centre for Inquiry Canada has also launched a nation-wide campaign entitled Extraordinary Claims featuring bus ads, educational events and online discussions. It challenges well-known and widely believed claims by demanding evidence as extraordinary as the claims themselves. Click HERE to donate directly to this campaign in BC. CFI Vancouver offers an opportunity to put your principles into practice by joining other rationalists to work for positive change in society. In addition, the Vancouver branch sponsors social events for freethinkers as well as intellectual programming, and supports campus freethought and skeptic groups. CFI provides an ethical alternative to religious and paranormal worldviews.
